Solo sirve la primera vez, después de eso ya no sirve más, el celular tiene el ncf activado y sin ningún tipo de restricción para la aplicación, aun así o funciona, solo me muestra el valor de los tiquetes pero no el saldo

La aplicación solo funciona si el dispositivo detecta la tarjeta de lo contrario no. Tiene que revisar si algo falla en el dispositivo sea que esté bloqueando el acceso al NFC a la aplicación/dispositivo

Aveces funciona otra no independiente del celular

Es el dispositivo quien debe detectar la tarjeta. Si el dispositivo no la detecta la aplicacion no puede leer el saldo
